If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the information that channel shares with us, such as your number or email address.

How we use it

• To share quotations, renewal reminders and support updates related to your products or services.
• To keep records required for billing, accounting and legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal information.

Enquiry form and WhatsApp

Depending on how this website is configured, the enquiry form either opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, or sends your details securely to our enquiry inbox through a form-processing service. When WhatsApp is used, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future to understand how the site is used, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to deliver a service you have asked for — for example with the software vendor when activating a license or subscription on your behalf — or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and customer information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing totallygoldpartner@gmail.com.
